DAY 2–3 — STEP 3: HOLDING DEPOSIT

✔ Property address
✔ Draft Assured Periodic Tenancy (Unfurnished)
✔ Contract start date
✔ Obligations of all parties
✔ Credit pass figures
✔ TDS Prescribed Information
✔ Landlord contact details

DAY 4–5 — STEP 5: FINAL FUNDS

Once Tenant Screening or Rent Guarantor approves:
📝 Contracts issued for digital signature
💷 Transfer 1 month rent + 5 weeks deposit (minus holding deposit)

DAY 5 — STEP 6: KEYS

if your cleared funds arrive on the next working day which will be after the weekend or bank holiday period your payment history will note your rent as late which may affect your credit.
